The aim of the benchmarking activity is to improve the quality of management of the UMI LP2S IPR center. It is hoped that existing research outputs will not only be in the form of documents. Not only in the form of monuments, but more in downstream and commercialization. Apart from that, the useful value of intellectual property can at least be a social innovation in society. The first step in organizing an IP center requires an intellectual property management regulation. These regulations may be in the form of Chancellor's regulations.
