Monday, June 3 2024 at 08.00 WITA. The opening of Pekerti Class XXXV 2024 was initiated by the Head of the Institute for Research and Development of Resources (LP2S) Prof. Dr. H. Baharuddin Semmaila, SE., M.Si expressed "thank you to the Pekerti participants for choosing Universitas Muslim Indonesia. Umi continues to be committed to being a professional, superior and trusted pekerti organizer. Currently there are 111 participants joining in pekerti activities from all over Indonesia. Registration for pekerti participants closes 20 days earlier than the closing schedule because the quota has been met."
Furthermore, the Chancellor of the Indonesian Muslim University, Prof. Dr. H. Sufirman Rahman, S.H., M.H. conveyed "thank you to the participants of Pekerti class XXXV. Currently, UMI has been trusted as the organizer of Pekerti for several years, namely 1 out of 3 organizers. Of course this is an honor and one of the indicators of excellence. In our time, the current educational transformation and process positions lecturers no longer as the center of knowledge/as the center for receiving knowledge from lecturers. Currently our challenge is 5.0, if we see that currently the use of resources is digital, namely artificial intelligence. Of course this is a big challenge in our world of education, how do we produce participants external students who are able to face this challenge. Congratulations to the participants, I hope they can follow this series of Pekerti training to the end.
