In an effort to increase the competence and professionalism of lecturers in the field of teaching,Institute for Research and Development of Resources (LP2S) Indonesian Muslim University (UMI)held againBasic Instructional Techniques Skills Improvement Training (PEKERTI)ForceLI (51)which will be implemented onApril 13–20, 2026in a wayonline via Zoom.
This training is open toPTN and PTS lecturers from all over Indonesiawho want to improve pedagogical abilities, especially in designing, implementing and evaluating effective learning processes in higher education.
The PEKERTI program is an important training for lecturers because it provides an in-depth understanding oflearning strategies, preparing learning tools, evaluation methods, and developing the quality of teaching in the classroom. Through this training, participants are expected to be able to improve the quality of the teaching and learning process to be more innovative, systematic and student-oriented.
