The UMI asset data collection workshop took place in the LP2S UMI hall, UMI Tower Floor 2, 25-26 February 2019. This activity was organized by the Research and Resource Development Institute of the Indonesian Muslim University (LP2S UMI).
The event which lasted for two (2) days discussed the UMI asset data collection system towardsWorld Class University (WCU).
This workshop presented Prof Dr H Syahnur Said, S.E., M.Si (Chair of LP2S UMI) as the first speaker who discussed how the asset data collection system uses theInformation & Technology (IT).In discussing this material, it is directed that all data collection related to UMI assets will be integrated with the online information system.
This workshop was attended by 48 participants consisting of WD II, KTU and Head of Equipment Subdivision of each faculty within UMI.
The advanced material in this workshop includes; asset reporting system and financial governance (Prof Dr H Salim Basalamah, S.E., M.Si), asset inventory and financial governance system (Prof H Murdifing Haming, PhD) and organization and work procedures (Prof Dr H Mansyur Ramly SE MSi).
