Basic Skills Improvement Training for Instructional Techniques (PEKERTI) Batch XLIXofficially closed on Monday afternoon, January 19 2026, after being held for seven days, starting from January 12 2026. This activity was attended by 130 participants and went smoothly and full of enthusiasm.
In the closing activity, the organizing committee expressed its appreciation and thanks to all participants who had taken part in the training series diligently and with discipline. Based on the results of the committee's monitoring through attendance attendance, it was recorded that 3 participants did not follow the material in one meeting, and 2 participants did not follow the material in two meetings.
Through this PEKERTI Batch XLIX training, it is hoped that participants will have the ability to plan learning activities systematically, which is reflected in the preparation of Semester Learning Plan (RPS) documents for the courses taught. Apart from that, participants are expected to be able to demonstrate appropriate learning methods in accordance with the Course Learning Outcomes (CPMK), including by getting used to delivering CPMK and Sub-CPMK at the start of lectures, motivating students, using time to present material effectively, and evaluating learning outcomes.
This training is also expected to improve participants' ability to measure CPMK achievements and Graduate Learning Outcomes (CPL) assigned to their respective courses, so that the quality of the learning process in higher education can continue to be improved.
On this occasion, the organizing committee representing the presenters and the institution of the Indonesian Muslim University (UMI) expressed an apology if there were things that were unpleasant during the training.
