Attended the closing of Basic Skills Improvement Training for Instructional Techniques for Class XXXVI. We, as the implementing committee for Pekerti Batch XXXVI, would like to express our appreciation to the participants who have participated in the training diligently for 7 days from July 8 to this afternoon, July 15 2024.
Based on monitoring by the committee through attendance, of the 128 participants who took part in Pekerti training:
1. 5 Participants who did not follow the material once
2. 1 participant who did not follow the material 2 times
3. 2 Participants who did not follow the material 3 times
4. 1 participant has failed because he did not follow the material more than 3 times
Upon completion of this character training, it is expected that:
a. Participants are able to plan learning activities well which are reflected in the RPS documents for the courses they teach.
b. The participants were able to demonstrate the ability to use appropriate learning methods in accordance with the CPMK they taught in this case:
1. You are used to delivering CPMK, Sub CPMK every time you start a lecture.
2. Motivate students
3. Use time to present material effectively
4. Can evaluate learning outcomes
c. Participants are able to measure the CPMK & CPL charged in the course
If in the implementation of character training for Class XXXVI there are things that are unpleasant, I represent the committee, presenters and the UMI institution to express my deepest apologies.
