Notification of Extension of the Deadline for Uploading the 2024 Fiscal Year Final Report on the BIMA page
In accordance with the Funding Contract for the State University Operational Assistance Program (BOPTN) organized by the Directorate of Research, Technology and Community Service for the 2024 Fiscal Year, we hereby announce the extension of the deadline for the obligation to upload the final report on
BIMA page as follows:
1. Research Program in 2024:
The deadline for the obligation to upload final reports, daily notes, Statement of Expenditure Responsibility (SPTB) for research funding that has been determined (100% funding), research posters/fills for research catalog books, research outputs, and other documents according to guidelines, and it is recommended to include video links for research results, which previously was 16 December 2024, extended to 29 December 2024 at 23.59 WIB.
2. Batch II Research Program and Strategic Research Collaboration (Catalyst) in 2024:
Deadline for the obligation to upload final reports, daily notes, Statement of Expenditure Responsibility (SPTB) for research funds that have been determined (100% funds), research posters/fills
for research catalog books, research outputs, and other documents according to the guidelines, and it is recommended to include a video link for research results, which was previously dated 16
December 2024 has been extended until December 29 2024 at 23.59 WIB.
3. Prototype External Cost Assistance Program in 2024:
The deadline for the obligation to upload 100% daily record documents, 100% budget usage reports, final reports, results achievement indicator documents and other documents in accordance with the guidelines,
the previous date of December 9 2024 was extended to December 29 2024 at 23.59 WIB.
