UMI Internal Research Guide Update: UMI LP2S visits the Directorate of Research & Community Service (DPPM) KemdiktiSaintek
LP2S UMI periodically updates the UMI research guide. One source of reference for guidance is referring to the guidance of the Directorate of Research & Community Service (DPPM) KemdiktiSaintek. This was done to obtain input as well as citation permission in order to update the internal research guide for UMI Makassar lecturers. It is hoped that the input obtained will always become the spirit and become a reference in the substance of UMI's internal research guidelines. It is hoped that UMI lecturers will become familiar with the DPPM Kemdiktisaintek research guide.
On this occasion, the UMI LP2S team was attended by the Chair of the UMI LP2S, Prof. Dr. H. Baharuddin Semmaila, S.E., M.Si and Secretary of LP2S UMI, Mr. Prof. Dr. Andi Aladin., MT., IPM. The UMI LP2S team requested the willingness of the Director of DPPM Kemdiktisaintek to be a speaker in a public lecture on the UMI Makassar campus. The material provided is about national/international scale research and at the same time the socialization of DPPM Kemdiktisaintek 2025 policies to UMI leaders and lecturers. "This material is really needed considering that there are several changes to the DPPM policy in 2025 compared to the previous year," said Dr.Ir. Ilmiah Kuruseng as Head of the UMI LP2S Research Center was also present at the visit. The DPPM official who attended was Mrs. Erlin Puspaputri, S.Sc., M.Sc as the 2025 Research Coordinator of the DPPM Kemdiktisaintek.
It is hoped that the coordination and achievement of UMI's research vision as well as the research achievements of the DPPM Kemdiktisaintek nationally will remain synergistic to provide the best benefits for the people of the nation and state.
