The Institute for Research & Development of Resources (LP2S) at the Indonesian Muslim University held Basic Level Training on Patterns of Ukhuwah Development and Development (P3U) for permanent lecturers at the UMi Waqf Foundation in the LP2s meeting room at the UMI tower, 5-7 December 2018.
UMI Chancellor Prof. Dr. H. Basri Modding SE, M.Si in his speech said, this training is very useful in developing ukhuwah, because it is very mandatory for us to maintain friendship with others. Maintaining ukhuwah and friendship is part of serving with heart.
Meanwhile, Chairman of LP2S UMI Prof. Dr. H. Syahnur Said, SE, M.Si said that P3U training is not only provided for educational staff (employees) but also educational staff (lecturers) and will be carried out on an ongoing basis. This activity was attended by 40 permanent lecturers from the UMI waqf foundation.
"This training is one of the prerequisites for occupying a certain position," he said.
This P3U training lasts for 3 days.
