Makassar, umi.ac.id – The Research and Resource Development Institute (LP2S) of the Indonesian Muslim University (UMI) is again holding online Basic Skills Improvement Training for Instructional Techniques (Pekerti) via the Zoom platform, from 04 to 11 August 2025.
The Class XLV Character Training was attended by 126 participants which was opened directly by the Chancellor of UMI, Prof. Dr. H. Hambali Talib, SH., MH. Also present at the opening was the Chairman of LP2S UMI, Prof. Dr. H. Baharuddin Semmaila, S.E., M.Sc., Secretary of LP2S UMI Prof. Dr. Ir. H. Andi Aladin, M.T., Heads of Centers and Education Personnel of LP2S UMI.
UMI Chancellor Prof. Dr. H. Hambali Talib, SH., MH. In his speech, he expressed his thanks and appreciation to the participants who had chosen UMI as the provider of character training.
"UMI being trusted as the organizer of Pekerti is an honor given by the Indonesian Ministry of Education, Science and Technology. This trust was given to UMI for achieving accreditation for the first superior institution outside Java," he explained.
