Attended the closing of the Class XLV Basic Skills Improvement training for Instructional Techniques. We, as the implementing committee for Pekerti Class
Based on the committee's monitoring through attendance, of the 126 participants who took part in Pekerti training:
1. 2 Participants who did not follow the material once
2. 4 Participants who did not follow the material 2 times
3. 4 Participants were disqualified because they did not follow the training rules
Upon completion of this character training, it is expected that:
a. Participants are able to plan learning activities well which are reflected in the RPS documents for the courses they teach.
b. The participants were able to demonstrate the ability to use appropriate learning methods in accordance with the CPMK they taught in this case:
1. You are used to delivering CPMK, Sub CPMK every time you start a lecture.
2. Motivate students
3. Use time to present material effectively
4. Can evaluate learning outcomes
c. Participants are able to measure the CPMK & CPL charged in the course
