Main Duties
Prepare development and implementation plans, control and coordinate, monitor and evaluate the implementation of research activities, develop the quality of lecturer resources, and protect intellectual property.
Function
a. Research:
1. Carry out research activities
2. Carry out dissemination and publication of research results.
3. Carrying out research collaboration between universities, agencies or other institutions both at home and abroad.
b. Center for Improvement and Development of Instructional Activities (P3AI)
1. Carry out PEKERTI activities (Basic Instructional Skills Training)
2. Carry out AA (applied approach) training
3. Carry out active learning training, learning methods and media.
4. Carry out collaboration between universities in implementing PEKERTI, AA, active learning, learning methods and media.
c. Intellectual Property Protection
1. As an information center and facilitation for IPR issuance
2. Socialization of IPR findings or products to industry, SMEs and the public.
d. Improving the Quality of Lecturer Resources
1. Carry out the development of lecturer resources and other supporting components to realize good university governance
2. Increase the capacity of lecturers as researchers and professional teachers/educators
3. Implementing collaboration between universities in realizing research programs, P3AI and IPR.
